HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed unopened, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method.
All customers must contact us after sending the return and provide the tracking number so we can process the refund.
Note that most financial institutions process refunds in an average of 3–5 business days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MYSELF?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
If you return a package, it must be trackable, and you must provide us with the tracking information.
If the package is lost or the tracking number is missing, we are not responsible for the loss.
Note: The return address is located in China, which may mean significant return shipping costs.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU IN ADVANCE?
No, you must always contact us before returning a product because return shipping costs can be high.
